This kid's gender is rather ambiguous, but one thing is for sure: they have a big obsession with cats. However, cats don't seem to like this blonde very much... So sad. Don't even get me started on this kitty wannabe's wardrobe... Really? Socks in flipflops? Thigh high socks, no less!
